Happy 8th Birthday Manon Selah!

Here is our 8 year old looking so beautiful on her big day. Manon had been planning her birthday for months. She had list after list of birthday requests. . ."cinnamon toast for breakfast, watch a movie in bed while eating cookie dough, go to town with Mommy for a date, 12 games to play at the party (and a list of the games), a cake fight, sleep over. . ." and so on. Being the mom I am I tried to make all of her dreams come true although I had to nix a few things like making sushi together. We will save that for a rainy day.

For the cake Manon wanted Chocolate cheese cake! I had fun learning how to make these. Here she is getting that deep breath to blow out the candles.

Her favorite gift was the "in my pockets" from Judah. We cannot get them here but I try to keep some in storage for such special occasions.

Oak learning to smile. He is soooooo sweet! He is quite snuggly, cries when he has a good reason, goes to sleep easily, sleeps through most of the night (not quite all yet).

Ezra and Oak saying good bye to Miss Katy. She and Hillary finished their term the first week of December. We were sad to say good-bye but excited for the future our Father has in store for these two.
Judah and Ezra just being fun brothers. You can see that one is batman and one superman. They are out to save the world.
