We took the entire family out on a trip with Monty to a village about 5 hours from our home. It was a great experience for us all. The girls had a blast and thought we were moving to the village, they seemed a little disappointed when we returned to our normal home a couple of days later. In the photos above Manon and Henna are giving candy to all of the village children. You might be wondering how we got them to do it with such joyful hearts - especially being in a new place. Well, I took out two pieces of candy and said it was theirs once they could find enough children to give all the rest of the candy to.
What about Judah? He quickly made friends. As you can see above there is an eight year old girl holding him and listening in while Monty encourages the men. And in the photo below a grandma had caring arms for him.
The highlight of the trip was getting to pet a 1 day old calf!
