Manon and Henna both love to pretend to be monkeys anytime they see something to climb. They are actually becoming quite good climbers, although Henna looks a little unsure in the picture below.

Henna and Mommy enjoying the rain together. Actually Henna heard the "boom boom" as she calls thunder and ran for some reassurance. When Manon was 2 years old her favorite Bible story was Zacchaeus because she could relate when Jesus said "Zacchaeus, you come down from that tree!" I think because she was often in trouble and told to stop doing something. Henna's favorite is a bit different because she insists on reading the story about Jesus calming the storm twice daily! Since it has been the rainy season there is thunder daily. Anytime Henna begins to feel uneasy with it she pulls out her Bible and finds Jesus calming the storm.
Here is a big momma showing off baby boy Mowery.
Manon is her mommy's number one helper. She is amazing at cleaning things and helping around the house. Here she is after scrubbing all of her and Henna's shoes (notice them sparkle in the background) and then moving on to washing up the step stools. Just give her a bucket of soapy water and she will even wash the bricks on our house if we let her - which we do at times just for fun.
